Why a support charity funds research
Every year we help families of hearing-impaired children access the specialist education they need. That work matters deeply — but it responds to hearing loss after it has happened.
Research changes the equation. By providing assistance to organisations working on the causes, early detection and prevention of childhood hearing impairment, we invest in a future where the need for our family assistance steadily shrinks. It is the most hopeful work we do.
Our ACNC-registered charitable purpose of advancing health underpins this commitment, alongside advancing education for the children we support today.
